3rd Managerial Meeting

On 24th-25th September 2016 was successfully held the 2-day 3rd Managerial Meeting of the Project GEAR against IPV II, that was the last one before the end of the project. The meeting was held in Athens (Greece) and a total of 13 representatives of organizations that are participating in the project attended the meeting in order to discuss on the project's results and experiences and to plan next steps towards the closure of the project but also sustainability of the project. The Meeting was held right after the European Conference that was held successfully on the 22nd and 23rd of September.
During the meeting discussion was made on the activities to be that were successfully implemented (e.g. adolescents' workshops, national conferences, campaigns, EU conference) by the entire partnership and on issues related on reporting of implemented activities. The progress and developments of the project were presented and partners shared results, knowledge and experiences; it was presented and discussed among the partnership what had already been done by each individual partner, barriers faced, solutions found and lessons learned. The dissemination of the project’s outputs and deliverables was also discussed during this meeting and the meeting closed with sharing of impressions from the project's external evaluator.
